Booking Review & Confirmation

Our team will review your details and allocate a vehicle based on availability. We’ll send you a confirmation of your booking right away.

Documentation

You’ll receive your rental agreement online, which you can easily review and sign.

Pick-Up Instructions

Once we’ve received your signed documents, we’ll send detailed pick-up instructions, including your vehicle’s registration number, parking lot and our staff to communicate with for your pick up.

Step 3: Pickup Your Car, Drive-Off & Enjoy Your Trip

At Pickup Location

Just show your ID and reservation number. You’ll pay the remaining 80% of the rental charges. If you’ve opted for Wings Silver or Wings Gold cover, we may also hold a security deposit on your card.

Inspect the Car

Check the vehicle to ensure everything’s in good condition. All our cars are delivered full tank of fuel and ready to go!

Pick up Your Keys

Once everything is set, we’ll hand you your keys, and you can be on your way! For Auckland Airport pickups, your car will be ready at the terminal—no shuttle service needed. Just walk straight to your car, saving you time!

Return Location

Return your vehicle to the agreed location as outlined in your rental agreement. For Auckland Airport returns, we’re open 24/7 for you to collect the keys.

Vehicle Condition & Fuel

Please return the car in reasonably clean condition and with a full tank of fuel to avoid any return charges. Don’t worry about toll road charges—we’ve got that covered!

Security Bond

We’ll inspect the car and immediately release your security bond.
